I can’t remember exactly what I did for my 13th birthday but I know it wasn’t any where near extravagant as Reginae Carter’s. Her dad Lil’Wayne and mom Toya Wright created a magical and special night for their baby girl with a Cinderella themed party, complete with horse and carriage, at the private Callanwolde mansion in Atlanta.
The birthday girl was surrounded by family and celebrity friends that came out to celebrate including Tiny and T.I with their kiddies, Atlanta Housewives Kim Zolciak and Phadera Parks, Nivea, Memphitz, Birdman, and more.
