Beyonce ‘Committed’ To Heels Up Until Birth: ‘It Makes Me Laugh Thinking About It’
Just a few months ago, when she was nine months pregnant and ready to pop, pregnant women around the world were either giving her the side eye or envying her for still rocking heels, however Beyonce just wanted to feel pretty. She tells People Magazine:
I didn’t feel that I looked beautiful during birth — but who does? After being pumped with all those fluids and gaining so much weight, with my swollen lips and cheeks, I barely recognized myself,” she said in the issue hitting newsstands Friday. “I tried my best to roller-set my hair and I wore my [lip] gloss when I arrived at the hospital.”
I committed to the end and wore my kitten heels. It makes me laugh thinking about it,” she recalled. “But after many hours of labor, I didn’t care how I looked. It was all about the miracle that God gave me — the opportunity to deliver a human being.”
Beyonce admits that she is glad that she finally gave up on heels, especially while carrying her baby. She now has a closet full of flats and Jay-z is loving it.
“I never thought there would be a day when I wouldn’t wear heels. Now that I have a child, I walk around holding her all day, I’m buying loafers and oxfords. I love them, because they’re comfortable,” she says. “And shorter heels too. I’d always thought, ‘The higher the heel, the sexier.’ But now I’m like, ‘These are really sexy.’”
She added, “[Jay-Z] loves it when I wear flat shoes, which is surprising – he never saw me in flats before! He likes me more natural – just the relaxed, natural me.”

Beyonce admits she breastfeeds Blue Ivy in public

Count Beyonce Knowles among the millions of mothers worldwide who are proud to breastfeed their children out in the open.Escorted by husband Jay-Z, the “Girls (Run the World)” singer, 30, took along daughter Blue Ivy, seven weeks, for a casual lunch at Sant Ambroeus in NYC’s West Village last Saturday. And Beyonce nursed her little girl at her the table, an observer tells Us Weekly. Two additional sources confirm to Us that the first-time mom has been breastfeeding her daughter.Beyonce was snapped leaving the eatery holding her newborn in a blue BabyBjorn — covered fashionably with a black Donni Charm scarf. Mother and child emerged the very next day; this time, Beyonce held Blue in an exotic leopard-print wrap by Baby Bjorn.

Is Oprah Really Blue Ivy's Godmother?
Some reports surfaced earlier this week that none other than Oprah is the godmother of Beyonce and Jay-Z's newborn baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter. But is it true?
It is not. Oprah is not the godmother.
She may be a fairy godmother in a non-official sense - she did send baby Blue an entire trunk full of books already - but she hasn't been given any title.
Winfrey's BFF Gayle King said: "Let me just say, if [this] is true, it is news to her. You know, she was heading to South Africa when the baby was born."
A separate source close to the power couple's camp also tells E! News that this is not true, and that Media Takeout was wrong (in a stunning revelation).
Again, no need to worry, though, as Oprah's close to Beyonce and Jay-Z, so Blue Ivy should still get first dibs on Winfrey's annual Favorite Things list.

Beyonce Delivers Baby Girl
The baby is here!
After all of the speculations and false reports, Beyonce has finally delivered a healthy baby girl this evening via a scheduled c-section. According to The NY Daily News, Bey and family checked into the hospital earlier today, under the alias Ingrid Jackson, and may have rented out the entire fourth floor for $1.3 million dollars.
There won’t be any photos floating around, we can guarantee that. A source reveals that the hospital went through extreme measures to make sure that the photos didn’t leak to the public by having the security cameras taped and forcing employees to turn in cell phones when they arrived to their shifts. There is also an increase in security outside of the hospital (for any fans who are thinking about showing up).
According to E! online, the baby’s name is IVy Blue Carter…. oh wait…(as of 2:10am est) they just changed it to Blue IVY Carter. -NecoleBitchie

STILL Pregnant Beyonce Spotted Last Night In New York
Beyonce is still working hard, although she is about to give birth at any moment. She was spotted leaving her office last night in New York with her mom Tina and bodyguard Julius in tow. When her bodyguard tried to stop paparazzi from taking photos, Bey was nice enough to tell him, ‘Leave them alone, it’s fine’ as she continued to make her way to the waiting vehicle.
Earlier this week, an anonymous caller called into a Houston radio station and claimed Beyonce had touched down in Houston and was planning to give birth there but her recent sighting debunks that rumor. Most of her fans anticipated that her obsession with ’4′ would have her baby’s arrival date set to January 4th (which also happens to be her mother’s birthday) but that date came and went as well. According to psychic Jesse Bravo who was contacted by MTV, her baby may be arriving next week but he also thinks she’s having a boy.

Is Beyonce Ready To Give Birth?
When Beyonce proudly unveiled her pregnancy bump at the MTV Music Awards back in August, she kept mum about a due date, but the Internet is abuzz that she is now ready to give birth.
According to Media Take Out, two nurses at St. Luke's Roosevelt hospital in New York City told the website earlier this week that the medical facility was expecting a "Celebrity VIP."
The website also reported that the celeb has booked half of the labor suite.
The nurses could not confirm the patient is Beyonce, but that hasn't stopped outlets from Britain's Daily Mail to ABC's "Good Morning America" from reporting on the rumors about Beyonce's delivery.
According to the Mail, Beyonce's mom, Tina, and her sister, Solange (with son Julez), were spotted shopping in New York City on Thursday, adding more fuel to the fire.
And on Friday, Britain's Mirror newspaper, reported that Twitter is a flutter with rumors that Beyonce actually had the baby - and named her Tiana-May Carter.
A rep for Beyonce did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Access Hollywood on Friday morning.
Other stars who've given birth at St. Luke's include Oscar winner Natalie Portman and Alicia Keys.
