Toni's rep has insisted that there is no romance between the comic star and the 44-year-old, which is rumoured to have begun four months ago.
"Toni and Eddie are just friends and have been fans of each other's work for a long time," they told Us Weekly.
Here's what Eddie Murphy had to say about the rumors:
"Toni Braxton & I are just friends. I went to her show & we’re friends & she’s a very, very sweet girl but we’re just friends."
