Paramount Pictures has just released a trailer for “The Dictator.”
Directed by Larry Charles of “Borat,” “Bruno,” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” the comedy film tells the story of a dictator who risks his life to prevent democracy from coming to the country he adoringly oppressed.
