Abide by New England tradition of long ago, where a congregation of Protestant rituals in protest against the Catholic Church filled the streets of Boston on November 5th, also known as the Pope Night. This year Boston’s BODEGA is bringing back a hint of it, at least in the unsavory criminality that exist in those days, in the form of the Fisticuffs Boots. A 396-unit collaboration with footwear maker Palladium, the Fisticuffs Boots is a revisit of extinct street gangs, dapper gents with knives and the contrasting elements of the time.
